Volunteers are the true "Hearts" of our program. Without the dedication of our teens and adults, HEARTS TRC could not provide therapeutic horseback riding and activities to those who need us most.

We welcome everyone from ages 13 and up to join the HEARTS TRC family. No experience with horses is required. Volunteer Orientation is held during the year, as well as "hands on" training through shadowing and experienced volunteer mentorship.

If you prefer to do something a little different, then join our fund-raising group and help us create and plan events for HEARTS TRC. Meetings are a few times a year, where everyone has a voice to make our events the best.

Grants are always a bonus, so if this is your expertise, come help us brainstorm to maximize our potential. Or volunteer to work in our office or educational fairs that HEARTS TRC attends. There is a job for everyone- bring the whole family!

NOTE: 10 hours of training is necessary before becoming a volunteer.
